Impala Wall Putty Powder
DESCRIPTION:
Impala Wall Putty Powder is vinyl acrylic water based putty embedded with special type of oil. Cement or gypsum based, Impala putty has a good handling characteristics and excellent compatibility with concrete. It is specially formulated for leveling of miner surface irregularities up to 3 – 4 mm.
USES:
It is used for filling blemishes, cracks, holes on masonry and patching up surface imperfections on plastered walls.
MAIN FEATURES:

RECOMMENDED APPLICATION:
Apply using Trowel, Putty Knife and Leveler |
Depending on the surface smoothness required, either one or 2 coats can be applied |
DIRECTION OF USE
Surface Preparation | Allow all new masonry surfaces to dry completely. Remove all loose or defective paint or powdery residue by scraping. Treat any areas affected by mould, lichens, algae and moss with 1% solution of Surface Treatment Chemical (STC.). Fill up minor cracks and defects with Atlas Super Putty after one coat of primer application. Allow to dry completely. Then sand with emery paper to smoothen the surface. The powders from sanding are to be wiped out completely. Then apply another coat of primer on the puttied surface. Apply primer in thin coats. |
PRECAUTIONS
1. | Kindly refer to MSDS for detailed safety measures while handling the paint. |
2. | Store the product in ambient conditions in well ventilated locations and away from source of ignition and fire. |
3. | Avoid eye and skin contact. In case it happens, wash with plenty of clean water. |
4. | Do not inhale or inject. In case of inhalation move to fresh air. |
5. | Use protective equipments like gloves, safety glasses, face mask while handling the paint – this is required for all paint. |
6. | Do not apply when the ambient temperature is less than 100C or it might drop to this level within 4 hours of application. |
7. | Premix the Putty uniformly before use. |
