Eggshell Enamel
DESCRIPTION:
Gamma Eggshell Enamel is durable high gloss lead-free alkyd based enamel with an excellent flow and leveling properties. It dries to a smooth and hard weather resisting coating over correctly primed surfaces. It’s a high quality finish for interior use. Exceptional resistance, excellent durability and low odour with smooth sheen finish.
USES:
As a finishing coat on alkyd paint systems for interior surfaces (steel, wood, masonry, concrete… etc) in domestic or commercial facilities and in mild industrial environment.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Concrete | Surface should be dry and clean from contamination, loose materials, oil and dust. Cracks should be filled with Gamma Wall Putty or any suitable filler. |
New Steel | Surface should be clean, free of oil, grease, rust and dust residues. |
Maintenance | Loose old paint must be removed thoroughly. Remove oil and grease. Remove salt and contamination. |
*Recoating Interval was quoted for 28 – 30°C and at 60 – 65% Relative Humidity
** Do not use the same Putty for exterior application
PRECAUTIONS
1. | Kindly refer to MSDS for detailed safety measures while handling the paint. |
2. | Store the product in ambient conditions in well ventilated locations and away from source of ignition and fire. |
3. | Avoid eye and skin contact. In case it happens, wash with plenty of clean water. |
4. | Do not inhale or inject. In case of inhalation move to fresh air. |
5. | Use protective equipments like globes, safety glasses, face mask while handling the paint – this is required for all paint. |
6. | Do not apply when the ambient temperature is les than 100C or it might drop to this level within 4 hours of application. |
7. | Both white and tinted paints needs through shaking / mixing immediately before use. |
8. | Where ever dilution is necessary, use pure water. Adjust a viscosity of 30 – 40 sec for brush application and for other method use at 20 – 30 sec by Ford cup No. 4 |
